Subtle Fantasies explores the construction of identity in a socially networked, digitally connected world. Our identity is a mental artifact, shaped and reshaped over time. It results, in part, from curating ideas and possibilities. We share these ideas through images of ourselves online, which in turn validate our identity through the statistical data of likes and comments.
